• Move-In/Out: Plant 51 charges a non-refundable $350 for each weekday move in and move out, $400 for each weekend move in or move out, to be paid by the tenant. Plant 51 requires 14 days notice for any move in/out. Moving companies are required to sign a Moving Co. agreement and provide a certificate of insurance with liability and workers comp. coverage.
