Below are some of our qualification requirements:
? Completed Application for anyone over 18 years. Application fee is $25.00.
? Proof of Monthly Income: Written verification of in an amount equal to 2 times the monthly rent per household will be required by one of the following:
• Pay Stubs within the past 30 days
• Bank Statements showing recurring pay deposited
• Previous Year Income Tax Return
• Letter from employer on company letterhead verifying income and employment
• Applicants with NO EMPLOYMENT must provide proof of a bank balance equal to or greater than 6 months of rent or apply with a qualified co-signer.
? Verify Social Security Number or TIN Number.
Residents of Foreign Countries: If the applicant has no social security number, the following will be required: Proof of foreign citizenship (passport, work visa, etc) and Written verification of income or recent pay stubs.
? Copy of Picture Identification
? No Evictions
? Proof of Payments to Collection Accounts
? No bankruptcy in the past year
