Very Spacious. Very clean. Very light, bright and airy! in PB - This very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath is really light, bright and airy and is located in a fabulous 4 unit complex, on beautiful tree lined Oliver Avenue. It’s a great place to call home! What makes our places different than the typical PB rentals is that our units are unbelievably clean and immaculately maintained! This is not a typical PB rental. It’s a home.
The property is nice, the tenants are great and I really think you’ll enjoy coming home (plus you’ll feel proud to invite someone to visit.)
There’s a little house in front and 3 units in the back. This is a second floor unit, in the back building, that feels really open with lots of light, lots of windows and a sliding glass door that opens up to a good size balcony, where you can set up a table with chairs and even a BBQ.
As soon as you walk in, you'll see how spacious the whole place feels. (I don't know the exact square footage, but I do know it's over 1000 sq. ft., so by PB standards it is very spacious.) There are two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms are about the same size and roommates seem to like that. Each bedroom has a wall of closets, with mirrored closet doors. One bedroom has a full attached bath, and the other full bath is just across the hall from the second bedroom.
There is a good amount of storage in the unit but you also have your own private garage that will fit a car, plus "stuff". The garage comes with an electric door opener.
There is a large laundry room on the property that is shared by the four units and there is room to store your laundry detergent there, as well as do your folding.
