Concierge is the most pet friendly apartment building in the Midwest! Your furry friends will feel right at home with our paw pub (doggie community room), pet spa, and 10,000 square foot dog park. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. We charge a $200 refundable deposit for each pet. In addition, for dogs there is a $300 non-refundable fee per dog, and $50 pet rent per dog per month. For cats, there is a $200 non-refundable fee per cat, and $25 pet rent per cat per month. Please call us so we can provide more information!

At move-in, there is a required one-time gym fee of $50 per adult resident and a security deposit of $300 (standard deposit) up to one-month’s rent depending on background check. Recurring monthly fees include rent (varies), a $75 common area maintenance fee, a $15 parking fee, a $19 trash fee, and $13 pest fee. Utilities (water/sewer/electric/gas) are not included in monthly rent and are billed back on a RUBS (ratio utility billing system) basis. However, there is a one-time UBI setup fee of $50 and a UBI recurring monthly service fee of $5.25. The UBI setup fee is charged on the first utilities bill.

It's not the worst but it can be way better. Smell a lot of weed... no kids area at all. Only dogs... nice thing is they do take your package serious. Staff are awesome. Just communicate with them. Loved CHIP front desk, so much... but out of nowhere he's gone... community room is awesome! Just wish they do reservations again so people stop fighting for it. Maintenance are awesome and quick. Probably the next working day. Gym is nice.

I am nearing the end of my lease here. When I initially moved here the carpet reeked of cat urine. I purchased my own carpet cleaner and requested that maintenance come in to get it professionally cleaned. After that session and a handful of sessions of running with my own cleaner the scent finally went away. During my carpet cleaning session I would discover clumps of pet hair. Since day one, I pointed out issues with painting, there are several areas in my unit in which my white ceiling has the same tan paint as the wall. I even went through with maintenance to point out where the problem areas were. When I was at work I received a notification that the work order was closed to discover that nothing was done about it. I then filed another work order. Some time passed and I see that the ticket was closed. I return to my apartment to see that they only painted around my smoke detector, neglecting the ceiling. All it would have taken was a hand brush and some paint to resolve the issue. I also noticed that there was a slow drain in my tub, I went ahead and got my manual drain cleaning tool and pulled out a large clump of hair. It was vile and disgusting. A majority of the staff was kind to me during my stay here but there have been a handful of times where I was treated with blatant disrespect. I've spoke to some of the other tenants that are ending their lease soon if they've experienced similar issues that I have listed above and they have agreed with me. Especially in regards to the issues with communicating with staff and maintenance. As for the workout facility I would say that this is the best part about living here but after using some of the equipment I have come to realize that they're not well maintained. There was a time that I noticed that they were out of sanitation wipes for the equipment, I left a note at the front desk letting them know that the wipes needed to be restocked. Next morning I go in to work out, they were still empty and have been empty every time after that day. I have since resorted to bringing in my own sanitation wipes. Their theater remotes aren't properly set up. I intended to use the theater once, I had company over. To my disappointment, I was unable to enter my credentials for the streaming services available. I resorted to watching the movie in my unit.

I am moving to a place nearby that offers 250sqft more for $250 less and they have the same amenities. Some of the long time residents here have told me that this place isn't what is used to be since it was bought out by new management. Best wishes and hopefully this establishment bounces back.

I've enjoyed my time at concierge, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues I had was promptly taken care of very quickly and without inconvenience. The amenities are top-notch, I really enjoyed the massage chairs. It is very convenient to commute from and anything you need is within a mile of the complex. I'm going to miss that.
