I've been here since June 2017. Devin and John as well as the maintenance crew have been nothing but helpful and friendly. I think they strive to meet the needs of the residence and maintain the property. People seem to get along well. The office provides activities and it's very convenient location and nice walking area
Nice apartments in a prime location and good access to anywhere including public transit. Pretty much every store is walkable from here

Clean, quiet apartments. Staff is friendly and attentive, especially Sylvia. Nice ammenities and grounds, and close to EVERYTHING. Location is wonderful. Maintenance is quick to respond, and they do good work. We have been very happy here for 4 years. The only down sides are the distance to parking (our garage spot is at the far end of the building... almost as far as you can possibly get from our apartment) and the ever-increasing rent (our rent has gone up nearly 30% in 4 years.) Also, it took them almost 6 months to get it straightened out in the billing that we had a cat, and kept getting charged pet rent for a dog.
Overall, great place to live. A bit over-priced currently, but location is unbeatable.

I have friends that live here. All I can say is that the interior is nice. Not as newly renovated as I would prefer, personally.

I have lived at York Plaza for a year and love it! The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and know me by name. Any maintenance issues have been addressed effectively and promptly; usually the very next day. The grounds are kept beautiful and flow right into the wonderful park which surrounds the property. My apartment is large with a gas stove and washer/dryer right in the unit. The best part is the quietness inside my living space. The walls and ceiling must be 3 feet of concrete because I can not hear my neighbors at all. The workout facility is great and has replaced my gym membership. All in all, York Plaza Apartments have exceeded my expectations in every category. Thank you to all the staff especially Michelle, Tom, Dallas (whose gone now), and of course John. You have all made my relocation to Minnesota so much better.
