The house is in a great Reston neighborhood, a short walk to Lake Anne, close to town center and the new Wheile metro stop.

There are currently one furnished room for rent on the middle floor with lots of sunlight and potential to separate in two small areas for work / sleep. The room has two closets with shelves. The rest of the house is furnished in the common areas with couch, table and a large TV. The room share the larger bathroom with the other male tenant on the middle floor at the current time. If a private bathroom is preferred it might be possible to make it happen, please ask

Use of the laundry room and any other common area such as a great renovated kitchen with marble counter and stainless steel equipment is included as well as the high speed internet and the rest of the utilities. We prefer roommate with a consistent schedule and without regular overnight guests. Female or male welcome, no children or couples please. No pets will be considered unfortunately unless it has minimal impact like a fish, but no cats or dogs given that we had too much damages from such pets

The house has a dedicated parking space and there are usually many free public spaces available as well. The community is very wooded and the backyard is a gem to hang out and watch the squirrels going around the trees. There is a shed to store large items temporarily if needed.

Two tenants are occupying two rooms in the middle floor and top floor. They are both working professional and easy going, both are pleasant and easy going and in their 30's
