We just moved into a corner apartment at The Harrison in Reston and it has been a great decision. The views, the amenities and the staff have been very kind and accommodating. The move was very seamless with Nawal, Mary Jane, and Denise truly being professional. I would also like to recognize the front desk staff member Augustus as she was very knowledgeable and friendly from the first visit to the move in date. We have found the housekeeping and maintenance staff to be professional and very outgoing and the whole complex smells amazing. For those that have concerns about the costs, I encourage you to come, take a tour, sit in one of the many lobbies, view the amenities and have a cappuccino. This luxury apartment community is worth the investment.

I am not usually one to leave reviews but after living here for quite some time I think an honest review is due. I've lived at The Harrison for almost 4 years now and honestly it's been great. As expected with any large apartment building there are a few things that you could nitpick about if you really wanted to. - For instance, people can sometimes be inconsiderate with their pets (i.e. accidents in the elevator) but having a dog myself, I know there was a transition period for him to get used to apartment life and the concept of waiting until he's outside-outside to go potty. But yes - people could be more considerate and report the accident or clean it up themselves. - The guest parking - it's across a busy street - not exactly ideal. - Leasing office staff are a bit cold and turnover is nuts, but once you're a resident I literally have only had to interact with them once it's time to renew my lease Outside of that everything has been wonderful. - Maintenance responds and resolves any issues quickly - I remember hearing that the apartments were originally designed to be condos so the walls top/bottom and on the sides are pretty solid - I never hear my neighbors or those above me and the hallways are insanely quiet. - Super clean. I mean you could probably eat off any surface in the common areas. The cleaning staff works hard daily to keep the building looking new. - Great gym - The best amenities I've seen (and we've visited other buildings to shop around) - The perfect location in my opinion. Close enough that you can walk into the town center, but far enough away that you don't get the noise, restaurant traffic or anything else like you would being directly in the town center

The Harrison is a fabulous place to live! We lived here 5 years ago and recently moved back! The building is as lovely as we remember. The many amenities and common areas provide for a comfortable atmosphere. The concierge staff is always attentive and friendly. Maintenance staff addresses issues quickly and precisely. The leasing staff and management are 100% available for any concerns that may occur. Management sure makes life easy at the Harrison!
