Description

If you need more space but want to stay near Boston and the beach, this two-bedroom might work. It's in Merrymount, which is honestly one of the better neighborhoods in Quincy that people don't talk about enough.
Rent is $2,400 per month. Cold water, sewer, trash, and parking are included. You're only paying for electric separately.
Move-in Deal: $500 security deposit if you have good credit, plus one month free when you sign a 15-month lease.
Building Features: There's an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center for anyone working from home, on-site laundry, and your parking is covered. The North Quincy MBTA station is close by for commuting into the city.
About Living Here: Wollaston Beach is right there - great if you like being near the water or just want outdoor space. The Merrymount and Adams Shore area has a real neighborhood feel. People actually do stuff together, there are parks and community events, and it's family-friendly without being boring.
You've got restaurants, North Quincy Plaza, The Galleria, grocery stores - all the regular errands are easy. The area is safe, diverse, and has better local businesses than you'd expect. It's got that mix where you can walk places but there's also parking and space to breathe. Not as cramped as Boston neighborhoods but you're not stuck in the suburbs either.
Good access to Marina Bay, Squantum, and I-93 for getting around. The commute to Boston is manageable.
We allow pets - up to two with a $50 fee per pet. Some breed restrictions, so ask about your specific situation.
Works well for roommates, couples, or small families who want space and value without compromising on location. Come check it out.
