I have lived here for two years now, never late rental payment. They have just raised my rate from $1141 to $1605. A 40.6% increase. Ridiculous. Secretary Chelsea is very rude, not happy at her job, makes you feel like she's doing you a favor. Repairs have taken over two weeks to fix, as Chelsea did not seem it was necessary. She's useless.

DO NOT LIVE here! This company is corrupt. I moved out of this apartment 5 years ago, and the company continues to harass me by using various debt collection agencies to collect on fraudulent charges. I have disputed thse claims repeatedly for 5 years, even providing clear documentation that I have paid charges they are claiming, and my next step is to take them to court. Also, this complex is right off the freeway making it a target for crime, even though you are in Plymouth. We awoke one morning to our cars sitting on cinderblocks, as the tores and rims were stolen. Apartments themselves are old, out dated, and overpriced.

I am not sure how this place has such a high rating. Let's see.. where should I begin. When we moved in two years ago our apartment was filthy, we were not allowed to see the unit prior to moving in . The bathroom shower had mildew and mold in the floor and tub. Our bathroom sink did not work for about two weeks so we were brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink. Everything is outdated and old and dirty in the kitchen. We recently had our carpets cleaned for our lease renewal, the stains showed back as soon as the carpets had dried. The pool is always closed or under maintenance. They do not pick up the trash until the dumpster is overflowing. Most recently we have not had hot water in our apartment for A WEEK. Inexcusable. Do better. I am really confused about these high reviews but I do know that they give people incentives for writing positive reviews online. Ooops. They most recently have hiked the rent up to at least 1,000, when we moved in it was 800. Please take your money elsewhere!

Twin Arbors is a great place to live! It is a very quiet community, and the neighbors are great. Management also does nice things...

Twin Arbors is a great place to live! It is a very quiet community, and the neighbors are great. Management also does nice things for the residents, such as the pool party and holiday surprises and events. I feel very safe, which is important as I have a small child. I'm really glad we moved in here!

(APT 4) Great apartment complex! I've lived here 2012 to 2014 and haven't found a place to beat it. I have a large dog which has never been a problem, even when they do annual checks and the maintenance man has to come in - I let them in when I'm at work because they are trustworthy. The grounds are mowed/kept in the warm months and plowed in the winter. I've never had a problem getting out, even when we got a foot of snow fall. Many open parking areas available residents and visitors. Only downer about parking is that the number of car ports/covered parking is limited because the complex didn't build enough in the first place. You can pay $15 extra a month to get a car port if there's one available though. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable. I put $0 for security deposit and got a $300 credit for 1st months rent (it was a special). They always have specials which is why they're almost always at capacity. This complex fills up fast so if you're even considering it, you need to jump on the opportunity to come view a space because it won't be around long! A note on sound: My neighbor across the hall has a dumb set that he plays and the walls are thick/insulated enough that I only hear it when I'm in the communal hall way. When I'm in my apartment I can't hear it at all! So cool!
