This man kicked me and my freinds out of the clubhouse since we were working and his reason was that only one guest is allowed per residence. We said that we wanted to see it written in perhaps a rule book. We say that we wont leave till we know what he his saying is true. Later he calls 911 on us to escort us out. Very terrible experience in the Mews Clubhouse. Definitely hesitant on going back there now.
The apartments here are amazing! Go and ask for a tour and see for yourself you won't be disappointed.

Eventhough I provided notice via email, I was forced to stay additional one month paying full rent. Then, after vacating aparrment, even after inspection carried out without any issues, they took away my security deposit !! Charged $150 for 1 misding kay.
Mews are making outgoing residents pay for carpet and kichen counter tops so that they can look nice for their upcoming new residents. Not fair.
I lived at Quail Ridge apts earlier and never faced this unfair treatment.
This apartment is all about taking money from our pockets.

Had horrible experience staying at The Mews Princeton Junction. As soon we came we lost 2 expensive bike and very bad response from the leasing office and pretend as if nothing happened and lost so many packages. The pricing is bit high and finally they charge lot while vacating home

Under New Jersey law, a landlord must return the tenant's security deposit within 30 days after the tenant has surrendered the rental property to the landlord (that is, returned the keys and vacated the property), but within five days in case of fire, flood, condemnation, or evacuation.
Good place to live, quick response to resident's request, but high rent fee should be considered.

So far so great, and I'm just writing about the leasing process. My agent Brenda Estevez has been gracious and responsive at every step, as has everyone who has answered the phone or been at the leasing office when I've called or visited. I think the ace in the pocket is a new property manager, Rob Rosso, who came on board in March? 2016. Look at the reviews since he's been settled. I met him the first time I was in the leasing office, grilled him for a few minutes, and walked away very impressed. I move in end of month. Can't wait.
Repairs are prompt and sometimes instant.
There are nice amenities. Beware of young adults home w/o their parents. You may luck out and get good vertical neighbors.
