Too often these days, people write reviews when they have something negative to share. Here, I would like to share my very positive experiences I've had at Avalon- Princeton Junction. First, my apartment is just lovely, with many amenities , and a comfortable feel when I come home. The complex itself is peaceful, woodsy, and I look forward to many things, such as the beautiful pool.
Having just moved in , I also found the leasing experience to be very gracious, professional, and helpful through every step of the way. Everyone, beginning with Kathryn to the signing of my lease with Naomi, was truly a pleasant experience. They were available, always, to offer help with any of my concerns or questions. I really couldn't ask for a nicer home here, and I am very appreciative to the whole staff that got me settled in!
For anyone considering Avalon- Watch, I sincerely recommend here!! Thank you- Wendy

We have been living here at Avalon for just over a year now. Everything I wrote above is still true. and staff here is always professional and kind!
I would just like to add here about the maintenance. Top notch seems to be the best way to describe them! But in particular. I do like to give a shout out to Tom! He is the one usually addressing any service request I have.. Tom is always professional, always kind, always conscientious. and of course he knows his job very well. So thanks to Tom. and the rest of Avalon staf once again.

We've lived in two different apartments at Avalon Princeton Junction over the past 5 years. We've loved our time here! The office staff have always been incredibly helpful, kind, responsive and professional. We really feel like they care about the residents. The maintenance staff have always responded in a timely fashion and resolved any issues with care and professionalism.
Apartments are a bit older than I'd like but with how expensive other apartments are I'll wait for the new apartments they're building right...

It's been a great experience so far. The entire process from initial viewing of the unit to move-in was efficient. Communication from the leasing office has been wonderful (Kathryn is amazing & so helpful) and the online platform makes it easy to pay rent, utilities, and amend basic information. Pet friendly and overall a nice neighborhood!

I know I always thank everyone from maintenance whenever they have to come to my apartment for any reason. I appreciate each and every one on the maintenance team. I want to give a special thank you to Cliff Benningfield. He has done a lot of the work orders Ive put in over the years. I have not ever seen him seem agitated about having to do any work however big or small the job is. Also, Thomas Reddington who has shown me little simple things I can do myself to prevent having to bother maintenance for every little thing. Maintenance is one of the many reasons I appreciate living in an Avalon Community. Thanks again to the entire maintenance team!!!!!!
