I spoke with Breana about a studio apartment that my wife and I were interested in. I was upfront and told them that our credit was not the best and that we needed some assistance. I was assured by Breanna that they would work with us to either use a higher deposit or a co-signer. So we paid our $90 application fee, had the $500 deposit charged to our account, only to be denied and then told ohh it will take up to a week to get your deposit back. The staff here are idiots and flat out lied to us from the beginning when we were completely honest with them about our situation. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I really enjoyed living here. I think these apts are the best that I lived at. There were a few issues in the beginning with one of the maintenance guys, but that was resolved. I think he ended leaving the apts and no longer worked there. The other maintenance guys were extremely nice and very professional. The people at the office were very polite and professional as well. If there was an issue with the apartment or something was broken, all you had to do was call the office and they would send someone out immediately. They were on top of it. Two bad things about this place, one is the rent. They do raise it every year and in the end I was pretty much forced to move out. It was too much for me to pay on my own as 2 of my roomates had lost their job. Two, Gym not so great. It is very tiny and only has 5 machines. This is a huge huge complex, and for the price of the rent, they should expand it and add more equipment. The laundry facility always clean and so was the pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Overall if I could move back here I would.
