I am a single mom with a 2 year old and a 1 year old so we have an active house! I am looking for a female to rent the room. There is also a studio apartment, (currently occupied), adjacent to the bedroom for rent, but it has it's own outside entrance, with no access permitted to the main house.
Large driveway to share and a turn around area in front of the house so that you don't need to back out on to 12th Street.
Very convenient location with quick highway access - 15 minutes to downtown and airport.

You can share the driveway for parking and the front yard for a turn around spot.
