The staff is very friendly, polite, and professional. The maintenance men are very knowledgeable and polite in my home. Have always left it cleaner than I found it. I have been here a year and half and have no complaints. The front desk women always take the time to answer my questions. Everyone is very polite and knowledgeable and kind kind.

I moved in about a month ago (early 2022), and the experience has been great so far!
It was a cross country move, but Lily from the Grove made it easy and clearly laid out the steps Id need to get approved and eventually move in. She was very helpful every step of the way, and the kindness and understanding has only continued now that I am fully moved in.
The property itself is gorgeous as well. It is super pet friendly and well maintained (they are currently upgrading many of the units with new exteriors). The neighborhood is overall very quiet and clean.

Just moved in this week. Oscar made the process so easy and enjoyable. He answered all of my questions and showed me several units before I settled on one. My paperwork was reviewed and approved within 24 hours. He answered all of my follow-up questions in a very timely manner through email and over the phone. All-in-all five star customer service. The community is quiet and the complex feels very safe in a good neighborhood.
