UPDATE: I want to give credit to management! After posting my review, I was contacted by someone and they helped to explain some of my questions and concerns. So with the communication stuff being sort out, yes this is a great place to live because the units are pretty spacious and the community is quiet and respectful. I suppose the only "flaws" might be the fact there are no elevators, so for someone like me that had to move in on the top floor, it can be a little difficult getting furniture in there. But honestly, the steps don't bother me, they aren't steep anyway. But this might be an issue to people who are use to elevators. The other blemish might be the lack of central air conditioning. There is an AC unit in the living room only, but none in the other rooms. There are heaters in the living room, dining area, and the bed room, so those work fine.
Long-story short: The pros are that this is a good neighborhood, quiet community, decent location, and spacious apartment. The cons are there are no elevators or central air conditioning.
OLD REVIEW: I have to give a balanced and objective review of my short time being here. While the apartment itself is nice and spacious, there are issues with the communication from management. I've now emailed questions on 3 separate occasions to either leasing agents and/or an individual listed as the community manager. And on all 3 occasions the emails have gone unanswered. I have only been here for a month, so I will likely update this review over time if things improve (or get worse).
The apartment is great, the residents are friendly, and, above all, the manager (Angela) is very responsible and caring.

Great location. Great neighbors who are quiet. Super responsive staff. Rent is high but thats the nature of the area. Units are dated and need to be remodeled soon.
