Room size: 20 feet x 15 feet
RENT: $1000/month- you can park your car in the garage.
2. Bedroom #3: 1 of 2 smaller rooms in the house, shared bathroom with tenants in #2 and #4- has closet space but only top shelves, may fit a dresser or other organizers
Room size: 11.5 feet x 11.5 feet
RENT: $800/month and car can only be parked on driveway.
3. Bedroom #4: 1 of 2 smaller rooms in the house, shared bathroom with tenants in #2 and #3- has closet space but only top shelves, may fit a dresser or other organizers

As part of the application process, unless otherwise agreed upon, I run a standard background and credit check for all applicants to ensure a safe and reliable living environment for everyone in the home.
The screening fee (around $30-40) is paid directly by the applicant at the time of application (you pay at the website itself so you also have a copy of the results). However, if you’re approved and move in, I will credit that amount back to you by deducting it from your security deposit.
