The apartment is approximately 500 square feet. Rent for this apartment is $1,099 per month, plus tenant pays $125/month as a water/sewer/electric/heat/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for any phone, cable or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer, heat, hot water, unit electricity and common electricity.
NOTE: Even with the pandemic abating, our tenants prefer to minimize in-person visits whenever possible. As a result, we encourage people to apply before seeing an apartment to reduce exposure when a home is still occupied, as is the case with this unit.
