Great place to stay and makes the last place I lived at (Spring Acres) look like a joke. We got a golf course view and decent neighbors all around. This place honestly feels like a resort half the time with the multiple pools, hot tubs, theater. and bar. So well worth the money for us.
I'd say the only few downsides is the bathroom in ours is a bit too small and no dryer/washer in unit. Also they don't run any move in specials nor have much for another lease renewing. At least since I've been here anyways could change though. Which is a little odd as any other apartment complex offers those all year long at different rates. Other than that I've been extremely happy with this place an look forward to staying for at least another year yet.
Oh ps.. it's not very clear on their website and other reviews but if you have a cat they don't have to be declawed. Just spayed or neutered.

I've lived here for a year now and it is always nice coming home to my cute apartment. I've only had to call maintenance once and they came out right away. My apartment was fully redone before I moved in. New kitchen everything, new bathroom, new carpet, I LOVE IT!! Clubhouse staff is always very friendly and professional. The amenities are great! I am in my 20's and it is a great community to be involved in, they always have clubhouse parties to get to know neighbors, If you aren't one who likes music during the summer, I would recommend not living by the outdoor pool. In the warmer months you will always find people at the basketball courts, tennis courts, and volleyball courts, they never bother me with their noise and it's always nice just to take a stroll through the complex and have that sense of a tight community in a big-ish city.

Thomasville apartments is a nice community with clean grounds and plenty of amenities for family. The pools ( indoor and outdoor), gym, sauna and sport courts are fun; not to mention the on site bar. Tenants are inviting and friendly. We have only been here for a few days and already love it.
Nice community to live. Bar on property so no need to drive, but you can swim cause it's next to the pool.

I have lived at Thomasville for a year and enjoy my time there. The gym is large and convenient and the office staff (I mostly deal with Sam) are very kind and prompt to fix issues. Overall it's a pretty quiet, fun place to live. Great golf course views can be had too.

Have lived here for 1.5 years and it is an excellent place to live in this apartment-rich area of Omaha. There are 3 different pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor), a nice workout center, a really cool video room, If you like volleyball, there is a pretty large group that plays during the summer. The refinished apartments are quite nice, with some wood floors and couple-year-old appliances. The one downfall is that the older buildings are not very well insulated, but they've been installing brand new windows which should help quite a bit with heat loss.
