We lived here for one year. Before paying the deposit I asked if the apartments were safe. Office said yes. The second night of moving in (our first night to stay there) there was gun fire in the building across from us! Needless to say it is NOT safe especially for children! The apartment was dirty and we had to clean before we could move in. (Sent the office MANY pictures to document this) Maint. tried to patch things instead of making repairs. A/C unit didn't work, shower in second bathroom only ran hot water. Pool was not open last summer (maybe for 2 or 3 weeks TOP) I could go on but will stop here. SO we moved out in March. Just got a letter from collection agency saying we owe $255! I paid the money, but have No reason as to why we owe the money. The collection agency said no they do not contact clients, just send it to us to collect! We paid rent ahead of time and left the apt cleaner than when we moved in. Think twice before renting here. Not to mention getting a negative report on your credit report! (had to put 1 star deserves 0!!!)

Was in the process of looking for a new apt and stopped in to speak with someone about availability, rent etc. When I walked in, I was not greeted by the one person in there working and even after standing near the door (in view) for about a minute or so, still nothing! She was working with someone else so I sat down and waited for about 10 minutes. While I waited, I was not spoken to AT ALL (No hi, how can I help you, it'll be a moment... NOTHING)! As I got up to walk out, I thought "maybe she will say something to keep me from leaving"....... WRONG! So glad I did not sign a lease there. If that's how future residents are treated, I can't imagine how the current ones are treated.

The lady in the office Tess I am pretty sure was her name was super nice and answered every question I had. She kept me very informed and helped me through alot of my questions and struggles! Highly recommend this place!!! Not to mention how nice the apartments are!
