If I could rate this any lower I would. The staff has no clue what they're doing. The maintenance crew doesn't know what the hell they're doing. The A/C hardly ever worked. Then you request maintenance to check it and they fiddle with it enough to work for a few days before it goes out again. If you're lucky, the air unit won't explode and catch fire like it did in our apartment right after we moved into another one. Toilets were always messed up. We called about our master toilet and it took them 3 weeks to finally have it fixed. But before they did fix it the spare toilet messed up and flooded our entire living area so we didn't have any toilets for 3 days. That was after we requested a new unit because the last A/C was always fucked up anyway. Then when we finally had enough and asked to buy out they started giving us ridiculous numbers that weren't all stated on the contract. Each time I talked to a staff member the numbers were completely different. In the end we paid a whole lot more than that shitty apartment was worth. Don't waste your time or money on this place folks.

Notice how only the "local guides" rate it high...they are paid to do so....I lived in this rat and roach infested dump for 3 years cause there wasn't anything cheaper(during oil boom)...STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!!!! Crystal, the new manager is a complete idiot and her staff aren't there to help you, just to avoid maintenance issues and take your money, the entire apartments are layered with paint...water leaks when it rains...flooding every now an then...roaches by the millions and an incompetent staff that's beyond useless....and when you get out don't even expect your deposit...they will find any reason to keep it...even if your apartment is spotless....do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!

I made requests for work orders, it took them eternity before they respond or have things fixed in my unit. moreover they coerce me to a 13month lease whereas I signed 12month lease owing to a fault from a member of their staff but would never accept their own fault. My enemy should never rent here.

I rented here before, my experience changed since the last time I was here. The new people in the office made my experience different, in a good way. I noticed the sincere in getting to know me and what is important in my apartment. This made me feel comfortable in where I want to live. I would suggest this property to anyone who is searching for a good place to live.

I live here n can't wait to find another place the office is hardly open the maintenance manager is very rude and they seem to turn off the water as they please they cannot fix anything that needs to be fixed it takes them months to fix it. Also this is the third time they turned off the water either I'm washing dishes or taking a shower without no warning. very un organized I call them almost every day they don't seem to want to answer my phone calls if they're in the office very upsetting.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! As a current resident I can assure you that you do not want to live here. The management is unprofessional and unhelpful. They rarely answer the office phone. They do not respond quickly to work orders, I currently have 2 issues in my unit that I have waited over 2 weeks on. When my A/C unit when out @ 5:30 pm one day, they refused to fix it the same day because they closed in 30 minutes ( it was in the middle of the summer mind you) and finally, they recently misplaced a bunch of tenets rent checks and instead of handling it internally and responsibly ( they have receipts to show who paid) they sent the tenets Notice to Vacate for failure to pay rent, and when I asked the front office lady why they did that she responded "well we just wanted y'all to come talk to us in a timely manner." I repeat, DO NOT RENT HERE!

They can't fix your ac unit for two years in a row and when you have a huge water bubble in your bathroom above your shower instead of fixing it they just punch a hole in it and let it all bust down into your shower for you to clean up and leave a huge hole in your ceiling above your shower.

I was told I would be able to move in the first of dec. then they kept saying it wasnt ready. we didnt get to move in until Jan. 7. Our apartment still wasnt ready. one cabinet was completly bored out to where you cant put anything in it. Our rent started at 1,027 and went up to 1,087. they charge you extra for water, sewage, and trash. The way they do the water is they add up everyone's water usage, and I mean EVERYONE THAT LIVES IN THOSE APARTMENTS not just your water usage and then they divide it up so everyone pays the same amount. Neighbors are inconsiderate. they break their beer bottles right on our front porch where my 2 year old plays. My heater and air conditioner haven't worked since we moved in and we have had people come twice to "fix" it and its still isnt fixed. We agreed to a 9 mnth plan and they are saying that our lease is up in Dec. thats a whole year! Do not rent to these apartments unless its truely the only thing you can afford.

I just moved in and already hate it management and maintenance are horrible. My place wasnt even ready even though they said it would be. There is a leak and I dont know where its coming from. I told the office and they said just to keep a look out for it and make sure it doesnt get worse. The stove and refrigerator are old as Adam and Eve and the blinds and ceiling fan were dirty. I told the office and they said they would get somebody to replace it which was a month and a half ago. The neighbors I have are loud and inconsiderate; they leave their 40 old English bottles by cars and around the area for kids and people to run over. The neighbor upstairs BBQs on the patio when you are told not to. If youre looking into getting a place here think twice this is not a place to have your kids around.
