This place claims to be a smoke free environment. Lies. I have had to smell weed coming through my air vents for 6 months and nothing is done about it. Appearnetly if you decide to smoke in your apartment it doesnt matter and nothing can be done about it. Doesnt help that my upgraded apartment still has defects from my move in. Hair painted on the wall, major cracks in wall, holes in walls, my sinks are stained from when Maintence washed their paint brushes in the sink, my toilet is crooked, noticable gap between baseboard and floor all around the apartment, sand blows in the much needing to be replace single pane windows, and best of all bugs. I give two stars because I did have a one bedroom at this complex and it was extremely nice and never had any problems with bugs, smells, and the cabinets were actually nicer than my upgraded apartment I am in now. With all the expensive apartments in town my advice would be spend an extra $150 a month and get a place that is better in value than Woodview.

As a new resident, I would recommend to a friend. EXCELLENT location, walking distance to HEB, Target, and Michaels. Washer and dryer hook ups....

Arturo is a gem here, very friendly, and the maintenance man is very professional and fast. The only negative is that you have to have Cableone or ATT, Grande Communications if read this please renew your contract, please.

I have lived here since November 2014. From day one, the staff have been very accommodating and have made every effort to make me feel right at home. The minor maintenance requests that I have had to submit have been resolved promptly. Plus, the location is great! Shopping, dining and entertainment are within short walking distance. If you are looking for affordable housing, a great location and friendly atmosphere, this is the right community!

If their was something that had to be done they would do it right then and their. The office staff is great and friendly people, I would suggest this apartments to anyone because it is cozy like a home.

Cant ever get anyone working up there to get anything done..weve been here 3 months and complained about the water being shut off everyday and still there is nothing done. They said it was mmaintenance, ok not so bad... But 3 months later guys? Cmon now... And the apartment has roaches that will literally crawl along the walls! Suckers have been here for awhile if their that brave... and has anything been done about it from the apartment people?.. NOPE!! You guessed it! I will not rrecommended ANYONE to live at this complex. One of the worst ones Ive lived at. If I could give less a star I would.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star rating. My husband and I had nothing but trouble. They were not prepared for us when we moved in. They had barely done the make-ready before we got there to sign the lease. They had not changed the locks yet. I had to ask for a week and a half for the locks to be changed. If I had not happened to be there when they changed the locks, we would not have been able to get into our apartment all weekend which would have been bad enough on its own but we have a dog to take care of. The carpet was in bad shape and should have been replaced before we moved in. The built-in in the master bedroom closet was delapidated and deserved to be in a landfill. There were places in the ceiling where there had been water damage that caused the ceiling to fall through. It was poorly repaired. I know a two-year-old that could fix it better. There was a gaping hole in the shower where the shower head goes into the wall. There was a piece missing off of the thermostat that was essential to the thermostat. There was a problem with the faucet in the shower. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix the hole, the thermostat, and the shower faucet. They supposedly tried to go by to fix it but would not go in due to my small dog. However, they never called me to make sure that I could be there. Our oven and refrigerator kept acting up. They said nothing was wrong with the oven and would "temporarily" fix the refrigerator causing me to have to throw out groceries. It wasn't until I retained a lawyer that they decided that the oven had something wrong it and to permanently fix the refrigerator. I kept asking for water/trash bills to know exactly how much we owed; however never once received one. Who in their right mind would just pay random amounts that someone said you might owe? Yes, my husband and I broke our lease to buy a house. Who could blame us? We were more than willing to pay the extra month's rent for not giving 60 days and to pay the reletting fee. I asked for a statement of such charges with the deposits credited to our account to be mailed to our forwarding address when we gave notice and when we turned in our keys. They were suppose to mail that to us to our forwarding that I left for them twice. We never received a statement. And now they have turned us into collections and are trying to charge us for the nappy carpet and the water/trash that they could never supply bills for. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I've lived for a year and I'm disappointed with everything. First the apartment was not ready for me to move in to, was not clean right at all, had roaches, the management and maintenance team here is no good yes there all nice at first but once you move in they don't care about you anymore, now I'm having a mouse problem. I say for the price and quality of this place it's not worth your time at all.
