Maintenance is top notch, if anything happens they are pretty fast at getting it taken care of. I would have to say only downfall is parking, its not the easiest place to find an open free spot.

The whole office here was so awsome from the move in to the move out and working with me as due to job change I had to leave my lease early. Ericka was especially helpful on the move out as I needed an additional space for my car for one night due to having to back the moving trailer into the garage so my toolbox would be secure. These people are great. They are understanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Ericka and the rest of the staff. God Bless you all.

Ive been a resident here for just over 6 months and I am just happy to call this place my home and to be apart of this community. Management is SO nice and outgoing and their communication skills are amazing. They continue to update us about everything which I appreciate and Im so excited for the pool to open up. Maintenance is BADASS! They are super efficient and do an awesome job. Also, the property looks like Spring/Summer threw up everywhere and its so beautiful. I even had to opportunity to upgrade to garages recently for me and my girlfriend and life has never been easier. If you are looking for a great home and community, this is the place to be!

Recently moved into Andalucia and its been great. Parking has been great, no matter the hour. Garages and covered parking spots are cheap so that was an amazing option and the office will help get the closest possible spots by your apartment. They also have parking passes that helps for when you have visitors! Maintenance staff is incredible! Israel came to fix my washer and was in and out. Overall great experience.

We moved from Houston to Odessa in summer 2016. There are good things and destinations to see in Odessa. I would say one of them is Andaluca Apt. They have very professional team including Stormy, Candle, and so. They respond very quickly and always available to you.
In terms of pricing; it is affordable and reasonable.
Maintenance: Very prompt response. Good guys.
In terms of noise, I live on the 1st floor, I would say I will be the one making the noise to my neighbors.
In terms of driving, you should be very careful, it looks like some drivers don't not abide the law and careless drivers. It is pretty peaceful otherwise. It has very good gym and swimming pool.
In terms of parking, you definitely listen their advice about permit. My car was towed once. Again, you need to be careful.
I am buying a house. This is the reason why we are about to leave Andaluca soon. I would have stayed otherwise.

I've lived here for about a year and have loved it. I have never had a problem with anybody else in the community and the ladies in the office are amazing. I've need maintenance once and by the next day it was complete. I really cannot thank the office staff enough for how easy and wonderful they've made my experience here.
