I would love to give latitude 31 a 5 star rating. And Ill explain the first time I saw the one bedroom model home I saw white cabinets in the kitchen and bath. And I automatically fell in love with the apt. A month later time to move in I got an apt with brown color cabinets. Now thats not such a big deal but I based all my new furniture off the white cabinets.. I was going with cream ish colors, white/cream couch, white barstool etc. Well luckily the furniture I bought matches my apt just fine.but they did not classify why my apt didnt let me know thats some apt are different based on floor plan and building. If I had known I would have still went with the white cabinets. Second problem I had/have is when I moved in I got a garage too. Well every day I go in my garage there are live roaches one or two, even three at times I dealt with that for a week cause I figure well maybe since its may have been abandoned its is what it I sprayed raid that help for a bit like 4/5 days. Then I kept seeing more and baby ones. So I email the off and asked that they spray. They did two days later thats was fine. And saw more the first and second day after spraying my garage down. I havent saw anymore, well live ones anyway I seen two so far but they are dead by the time I see them. But I would say they could have spray the one on the side of me, cause just cause you soray a middle garage dont mean Ill be safe from roaches if the other garages are infested as well. Again havent seen any in about two week so yay.I just got home at four thirty in the am and see a roach in my living room by my balcony door. Turned a light in and it moved. Like for such a new and nice apt complex the roaches are pretty bad here, sad thing is they apparently spray the all apt Down like a week ago. So they say. I love 99% about the apt but I DO NOT LIKE ROACHES. And before anyone comment my place and garage is spotless. Dont leave food out trash is taking out daily ect. Please fix the pest problem on property.

I love everything about latitude 31 apartments!! Lindsey is a great person!! She goes above and beyond!! Any problems or concerns Ive had she is quick and responsive and resolves everything quickly!! All the Stuff is Exceptional!! They have helped our little family so much! They truly treat you like family!!

Property is great, front staff is nice. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is the fact that the neighbors smoke marijuana and can be smelt inside my apartment. To each their own but open a window or patio door. I spoke to surrounding neighbors about it theyve brought attention to office staff but were told the only thing they could do was call the police. Honestly by the time police get out here they would be done smoking and smell would be gone. Trash seems to be an issue near dumpsters also.

There are many things that I love about this property: my view, the layout of the unit and my neighbors. Yet, what I love most is the emphasis placed on exceptional customer relations, by management -- and for me, that starts with Lindsey. Rather it's making sure my concerns are taking care of or just having casual conversation to get to know who I am, I truly appreciate the way she and the rest of management has made my residency, a pleasant one thus far. -TC
