I have lived in these apartments since 2007. The maintenance team then wasn't goo. Since they have new maintenence now it's getting better. Since Augustine has come he has been a great maintenance man. He works hard to take care of the maintenance issues and he makes sure they are done properly the first time arround.

Maintenance in this place is the worst!! I've lived here for only 3 and 1/2 months and I'm already tired of this place. I'm still waiting for the key for the gym, the pool was out of order for almost all of July, It took 2 months and 6 requests to fix a broken blind on my sliding door , I had a bad leak on the bathroom and I had to wait for a month and 4 requests for them to check on it, they made a huge hole on the ceiling and then leave it like that for 2 weeks. You have to go to the office and yell at them to have something done. The washers at the laundry room only have really hot water and most of the time are out of order. The security is the worst 2 people have been beaten up and robbed in one month, you can still see the blood stains on the ground. DO NOT RENT HERE. The only thing I like is how spacious the 2 bed 2 bath apt is, the master bedroom is huge with a really big walking closet but I don't feel safe in this place and I'm tired of all the maintenance issues!!!

Slow maintenance people, 3 months just to repair the light at the head of the stairway. Roof in bedroom leaked, bathroom faucets and shower faucet leak, still leak. I got a hateful note from maintenance telling me that there was no leak found but replaced the kitchen faucet. WTF. Last two rain storms I found out the weather stripping around the front door leaks, Large puddles of water on the floor. Still not repaired. Trash all over the grounds, which at one time was picked up, but not any more. Still waiting on the landscaping to cover the dirt. No nets for the tennis court, with no plans of replacing and the court lights broken and pointing into apartments, Sewage overflows at several apartments. TP and feces around stairways and sidewalks. Drug dealer just moved in downstairs, come home from work, apartment smells like weed. Rent just went up. Now 990.00, if I want to stay for another 12 months, but on the bright side Teachers get 10% off rent. Stay away from this place

I WOULDN'T rent here again, suggest it to anyone, and I can't wait until my lease is up. At first I liked it, the layout is nice and spacious. But that doesn't cover up the fact that maintenance is horrible. Our heater went out in the middle of January when it was 12 degrees outside, when I called the office staff was rude and it took 8 hours for them to come look at the heater not fix it. My kitchen sink was leaking water, called the office, rude again. Took 2 days for "maintenance" to come. Now one of our showers don't work....For as much rent as I'm paying here you would think they would be more on top of their business.

All of the other deplorable reviews of this place are absolutely correct. DO NOT RENT HERE. SAVE YOURSELF. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP and the management treats its tenants like they have absolutely no value. Maintenance never shows up. They're crabby in the office and ask as though your presence is an inconvenience when you come in with a legitimate problem. Shoddy roofing caused my apartment to flood every time it rained. I would go in and complain every time and they would just say they'll call the roofers, which never happened. When I went it to complain every time inches of water dripped onto my floor, they gave me empty promises of fixing it and got angry with me for complaining about a non-waterproof apartment. Geez. I'm so unreasonable for wanting a roof over my head for a ludicrous rent amount every month. One time they sent a guy up to fix the drywall's water damage. The next time it rained, the ceiling collapsed again. DO NOT RENT HERE. I am filing a complaint against them with the local Better Business Bureau. This place is ridiculous.
