Make yourself at home in this comfortable 2 level townhome, in the popular Fairways community, almost directly across the street from all of the action. There is a master Queen ensuite bedroom and a powder room on the main level. New step in tiled shower just installed in the master bathroom. Follow the golf-themed carpeting (rumored to have been a remnant from the Oakmont Country Club) to the large family room in the lower level. On this level is a King bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom connected to another bedroom with a Queen bed. Each level has its own outdoor space; an upper deck and a lower patio. Guests are welcome to use the Fairways community swimming pool and putting green. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably, plus there is a double futon in the family room, if needed. No pets living in the home and no pets permitted.
Please note that the garage is off limits, but tenant may park one car in the driveway. and use the community parking lot. Also, there are 2 Smart TVs and Wi-Fi but no cable.
