THIS IS A CONDO ASSOCIATION. The fee is $75.00/ per person or $125.00/ per couple. If you need it rushed, add an extra $100.00 to the fee. Turnaround time is up to 30 days for regular application and up to 15 days for expedited processing. You MAY NOT move in without approval from the condo association. LIMIT 2 INDOOR PETS & NO PETS OVER 15 lbs.

Your application is good for 3 months (90 days) for any of our properties. ONLY Apply 1 time for 3 months.
It takes between 1-5 business days to process the application. You should receive a text when your application is processed. If you do not receive a text after 5 business days, please contact us for your results.
IF YOU ARE A SECTION 8 TENANT, when you get to the employer section, put Section 8 and voucher size as your employer and your address/info for employer info. Please upload a copy of your voucher.

- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
- $25 FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK
- LANDLORD PACKET
