Nice apartment complex with plenty of green space and very friendly staff. There was plenty of storage space both in the unit and in the basement. Walking distance to Kroger, Aldi, Rite Aid, and Chase. Everyone working in and around the complex was polite and helpful. This complex was my best experience in a long time. I moved out of state for work or I would still live here.

Been here 8 years now. Lori and Mark are the back bone for this property. They want you to feel at home here and my family does. Lori helps me out with the office stuff and lives on site. So you know she cares. Her husband can be seen around the property picking up trash and making sure the dumpster areas are clean and in order. Mark is the guy if it's broken he will get it fixed for you. These folks have always found a way to take care of me and my family. Can't

The location of this apartments is great and is a very quiet area with direct access to 696. Also it is very spacious and with lot of closets which is something I have rarely seen. Also the manager of the apartments and the maintenance are very helpful and always answering timely to any requests. It is a great place to live!

I have enjoyed my time at the Oaks on Lincoln. Lori takes care of me on the business end and even here husband helps maintain the grounds. He monitors the dumpster areas and picks up the trash around the property. Mark addresses any building maintenance very quickly. He has even helped me out after hours a couple of times. The staff here is fantastic and is probably the reason I stay.
Just moved here to this location. My move in went so smoothly and the office staff made moving to a new location so easy....
Just moved here to this location. My move in went so smoothly and the office staff made moving to a new location so easy. I had a small maintenance issue with my garbage disposal and he came over right away and repaired. Very happy I choose Oaks on Lincoln .
