Lived here for two years. Great starter apartment but wouldnt recommend for a young couple/person long term. Heat, water, and gas are included in the rent. Dogs and cats are allowed. You get your own little balcony or patio depending on which floor youre on. The leasing office/maintenance staff were always very prompt, nice, and helpful. Feels more like a condo than an apartment and is in a great neighborhood. However, the units are all pretty outdated and small, especially for the rent price. The furnace was very loud. We enjoyed living here but quickly outgrew the space with a large dog and cat. Felt cramped whenever we had guests over. Overall, this was a nice place to live but NOT worth $1695 for a one bedroom. That is the main reason why we left.

Great place to walk my dog! Very well kept up. I use to live across the street, and as a kid, I remember that it was all woods and very swampy. To be honest, I wish it was never built. I liked it the way it use to be. We use to have more wildlife, but that disappeared once they started bull dozing all the trees and everything else. It still looks the same as when it was first built!

Overall, this was a nice place to live. The pros are heat is included, dogs are allowed, overall location, its not a tenement, and if youre lucky enough to get an upgraded apartment, they are really nice. The cons are the noise from Route 140 (especially in the summer), the floors are not soundproof at all so you hear absolutely everything below you or above you. And when I say everything I mean everything. Its nice not having anyone on any of the sides but the flipside is you hear everything either above you or below you, (This could be very difficult for someone going into an apartment for the very first time), and lastly, youre asked to sign a marijuana addendum upon move-in yet everyone smokes it. People smoke it on their patios/balconies and the smoke comes into your apartment when windows are open which is a huge problem for someone who gets migraines from the smell. I saw no rats, cockroaches, or bugs of any kind while I was here. Plenty of squirrels to keep you entertained; be sure to have some peanuts ready for them. Lastly, Kelly in the office is awesome! You couldnt ask for a nicer property manager than her. All in all, a good experience.
