All applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications for tenancy:
*Income: Gross income must be at least 2.50 times the rent amount, depending on debt to income ratio can require up to 3 times the rent. Employment/Income must be verified with past 2 months pay stubs or tax return.
*Credit: Minimum 650+ credit score with no past due or collections.
*Rental History: 2 years of rental history or home-ownership with no evictions, vacate notices or negative feedback.
