• No open or ongoing judgements for money, bankruptcies (closed or open), or evictions within the last 2 years
• No evictions filed in the last 2 years – regardless of outcome
• Combined net monthly income (take home pay) of 2.5 times the monthly rent
• Minimum credit score of 500
