Flexhomes are furnished home rentals available for stays of 2 days to 12 months and anything in between.
Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-10pm 7 days a week.

Payments & renewals:
- Upfront payment is required for the initial reservation. We accept online payments only
- Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full

- Separate $200 refundable security deposit. Payable online only. Refund issued after checkout assuming no material issues e.g. damage, missing items, violated House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
The space:
This Flexhome is situated in one of Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).
This 2BR/1.5BA private apartment is located on the first floor and spans two stories via an interior staircase. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each bedroom. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Living room: located on 1st floor of apartment. Though compact, the living area provides plenty of utility with a full size sectional and flexible seating options. The drop-leaf dining table seats up to 5 and also doubles as a workspace
Bedroom 1: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a Queen bed with an exterior-facing window
Bedroom 2: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a Queen bed with an interior-facing window that looks out into the building's atrium. Includes blackout curtains for additional privacy
Bathroom 1: full bathroom located on 2nd floor of apartment
Bathroom 2: half bathroom located on 1st floor of apartment
Amenities:
In-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, cornhole, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, iron, Keurig, and more
Location:
- In the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave
- 5 minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University
Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans
House Rules:
1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $75 charge for unreturned keys
