On the second floor, there are two balconies, and large communal bathrooms that have shower/bathtubs, toilets, and sinks. The two bathrooms are separated by gender. There are 16 individual rooms upstairs that can fit a bed and a small dresser and have their own closet, sink, and window. Each room is individually heated and comes with all utilities and amenities included! The first floor has 4 larger bedrooms that also have access to all utilities and amenities.

Furthermore, to save space and resources, the building has ample space in the basement for storage and recreation. No need to worry about laundry, the basement also has a washer and drier included! The building also has space in the front yard to enjoy fresh air and more space in the private backyard. At the back of the property, there is ample off-street private parking space for all the tenants.

Showings are currently being conducted for approved applicants only. Online applications can be filled out on our website at Manitowocpm.com. Please allow one week for processing. Once approved, applicants must schedule a showing with our office 1 day in advance. Showings may be conducted on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. No showings on weekends.

Applicants who apply are not guaranteed a rental. Available rentals will be leased out to the most qualified applicant. The listing remains active until an approved applicant has signed the lease. Other applicants may still apply, however, there may be other applicants who are already approved before them.

Tenants are required to obtain Landlord Liability Insurance (this is NOT renter's insurance, but this coverage may be included in renter's insurance). If preferred, Manitowoc Property Management can provide Landlord Liability Insurance through a 3rd party provider that is integrated with our tenants' portals.
