Horrible experience and unethical staff. Racist profiling in this apartment. On a casual weeknight with my mother and I, we were called the cops on by our neighbors for talking casually in our native tongue (Turkish). Neighbors got frightened because they heard us speaking in a language they could not understand. Police officers show up with their hand behind their gun, knock loudly on our door demanding for us to let them in, the first thing they ask is our ID's and where we are from. Apartment staff completely ignored our concerns and we were the ones blamed for it. After living here for 6 months I can 100% say that if you are not from around here, you will be judged and treated unfairly in this apartment by the misguided staff and unfortunately some ignorant neighbors. There are other cheap apartments near downtown Madison, this place is decrepit, dirty and not worth it

I lived in a 2bed/1.5 bath townhouse for 1 year. It was great. I loved the location- being able to walk to work was wonderful. Management was quick to respond to emails. Maintenance requests were usually completed in 12 hours or less. Only reason I am leaving is because I am getting a dog and the complex doesn't allow dogs. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone wanting to be downtown.
