The staff is great, and I have met some cool tenants. The workout room is now completed. Community Pharmacy is connected to the building, Atwood Ave. is only a few blocks away, and the Garver Feed Mill and Olbrich Gardens is 2-3 blocks away. The area is quite active. A landscaper is next door, so expect activity/noise sometimes starting early if your place faces them. There are sporadic fly overs from the F-35's(or whatever they are) which are brief. If Public Transportation is desired, the #7 bus passes directly in front 7 days a week. Note: It's a roll of the dice of who your neighbors will be.

Rachel the building manager is a great one could not ask for a better building manager! Very clean inside but the building does have tenants and guests that do have a habit of emptying their vehicles out and leaving trash on the ground. I do feel sorry for the lady that has to clean up after them. The noise level has improved greatly.

Management awesome, apartments best in class for the price, tenants and industrial businesses the only problem. We have loved out apartment, and half our neighbors. Theres a culture clash here between young professionals and people who are from other cultures using tax dollars for rent. Neighbor complaints that the peace on the street has been disrupted are not too overstated. The halls are the same. Always hear people screaming and yelling and kids crying. Try to get an upper floor, they seem more quiet because theyre away from the 3 bedroom townhouses. Even the maintenance people comment they love coming into our welcoming place because others are dirty and rude in their places. That includes the landscaping business who runs chainsaws even on Sundays, and constantly kick dirt on our balcony due to their truck antics. Fans always heard from the foundry across the street. BUT THERE ARE LOVELY THINGS, such as live outdoor music and good food at Garver feed mills, right on bike trail and wooded walking paths along the river, city parks with managed prairies and so many flowers and wildlife (always hear so many birds from our deck), Olbrich gardens and lake Monona just a 5 min walk away, close to East side shopping, beautiful safe neighborhoods surrounding to walk the dogs. And 5 star amenities. Even raised bed community gardens. Only thing missing is a salt water pool and more extensive grounds to make this place perfect ... beyond the neighbors. Theyre not bad, all seem like nice friendly people, theyre just accustomed to a louder and less disciplined life than we are.
