We lived here from March 2019- May 2022 and had an excellent experience and would definitely consider living here again if we ever move back to Madison .Office manager Tiffany was very helpful and was always prompt in her responses. Communication was excellent. Maintenance staff were also friendly and prompt with repairs. The location is great, particularly for anyone working on the UW campus or commuting west (would be driving opposite direction of rushhour traffic). It's easy to get into the heart of downtown, but far enough away to not have a lot of nightlife noise. There is a bike path that goes right past the building and it's very easy to connect to Madison's entire network of bike paths from there. The Shorewood Hills neighborhood is very nice to explore and Lakeshore Nature Preserve and Picnic Point are within easy walking distance. Several grocery and dining options are within walking or biking distance. We had a 4th floor corner apartment and heard virtually no noise from any of our neighbors ever. The gym equipment is basic, but enough. Only complaint would be train +ambulance and helicopter noise from the hospital.

We have wonderful experience to stay at Arbor Crossings. The Manager " Tiffany" is very kind, considerate, and very helpful. We also appreciated their staff helping to fix something in house very effectively and efficiently. Location is excellent, safe, and convenient. Environment is clean, and bright. Highly recommended to stay here! We will miss here very much! Arbor Crossings is the best place to stay in beautiful Madison! March-2020.

I've lived here for about 2 years now and I have no complaints. I've really enjoyed all the amenities this apartment complex has to offer - which include free coffee :D (who does not like free coffee?). Apartment manager is extremely kind, and is very responsive to emails. She is also available at her office and is easy to reach. She also helped me jump start my car when my car didn't due to battery issues! Highly recommend this apartment!

Best place to live in Madison. Close to everything and right on public transport. Property manager Tiffany is very good at taking care of all the stuff related to apartments. If you live here you dont have to worry about making your morning coffee.. you can get it for free..

Arbor Crossing is an excellent apartment! I found this apartment when I moved from out of state to begin graduate school. The apartment manager was so helpful getting the paperwork together and making sure I had everything I needed to make the move easier! I have been here for almost two years now, and still love the space. There is a great workout room, a party room, and a large outside deck that is awesome for summer grilling. I initially chose the apartments based on the convenient location (proximity to school, bike path, downtown, and a variety of grocery stores), and I feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful place - complete with in-unit laundry, too! Management has always been really kind and extremely helpful, and I have only called on the maintenance team once for a small appliance issue. They were prompt and very nice to work with. Ultimately, I am so glad to live at Arbor Crossing Apartments, and I would definitely recommend it to others!
