The house has two furnaces, large deck, backyard garden, balcony, new hardwood Brazilian cherry floors and tiles in the bathrooms and porch. The recently remodeled kitchen features all new copper appliances, and saltillo floor. Second floor has an extra large bathroom with a large bathtub and super-size shower and a smaller bath also with a shower and a tub. There are two large bedrooms and one small upstairs and two large bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. There is a finished basement with a ping pong table and a viewing room, and unfinished basement with storage space and laundry. The house is equipped with water filter for all use, and additionally, a drinking water filter for the kitchen. Downstairs entryway leads to living room which flows to the dining room and a kitchen with a patio door to the porch. On the other side of the living room, there is a study with a fireplace and piano. Master bedroom has a beautiful light in the morning, balcony, king size bed, walk-in-closet and a large mirror. In the summer many birds and cicadas sing in the garden. The street is quiet. Each bedroom has a desk, dresser and a closet. Apart from the king-size bed in the master bedroom, there are two Queen-size beds, one full and, in the smallest room, a sofa bed. The house does not have air-conditioning, but it hardly ever gets very hot. All rooms have ceiling fans, and air purifiers.
