live here for 1 year the place is ok, dave monroe is friendly i think he does good go extra mile i think they do maintenance on home fairly quickly i never had to yet place order - place is mostly quiet you hear neighbors outside door but that everywhere and last only few minutes can turn up tv to mask i had noise complain from neighbor blasting music management took care if it i think fairly quickly but got resolved, so fast management times, sometimes elevator out service it happen few time a year average but 2 times both elevators down very disappointment i wish at least one of them works i ride my bike to work carry bike up stairs. there are some people who live there who trash the place throw garbage on floor etc. i wish management would evict them but i think most people live here are friendly peaceful leave you alone but dirty common areas sometimes will smell of garbage again i wish they would be more aggressive on eviction of bad people. there is alot of car noise from freeway when on upper floors nothing can be done have to get used to it but better than listening to pounding bass or loud music but this apt made of concrete so about 50% of noise is blocked out of due to concrete low noise all day. they have central air that is good also central heat that is good never had issue with appliances. management friendly, i wish they would offer more space on carports to pull out it crammed i wish they would label carports by number hard to find sometimes. once in while fire alarm will go out even if a small little mishap that happened one time we had to evacuate at 3am wait for fire truck but my experience of that is one time so rare. also sometime people are pounding bass in car but i told mgmt i think they took care of it very annoying happen sometimes simply some of few thing to share about living in a tower as opposed to a average 2 story brick apartment.

Management is pretty good in my opinion. Never worried about someone breaking in or anything like that. Cons; neighbors ALWAYS arguing. Long elevator wait sometimes. Also don't like being woken up at 3am due to fire alarm going off. But it is there for safety. Apartment had scratched counters when we moved in, and it was super dirty especially by the windows. But for a first place all in all it wasn't too bad
