Suburban Quiet in the City - Tanglewood is a smaller complex with just 42 units. Each unit has a private deck overlooking our own private green belt running behind the building complete with rabbits, squirrels, and the occasional raccoon in the early morning hours. We are within the city limits of Lynnwood and close to shopping, entertainment, and public transportation but we’re surrounded by trees and it’s so quiet it feels like we’re out in the country. We're only about two hundred yards from the entrance to Scriber Lake Park. It's really a pretty place to live.
1-bedroom apartments are 800 square feet and rent for $1525 per month. Rents include water, sewer, garbage, and one reserved parking space with an option to rent a second. Pets are welcome with an additional deposit and $25 per month for pet rent. We have an on-site laundry facility with 4 large washers and dryers, and some additional storage units.
