Don't live here it's ridiculous, management is EXTREMELY RUDE especially the current manager Patricia, shes rude to her tenants and equally of not more rude to the children of the tenants and that's not exaggerating. During the crazy snow storms we had over the months of January and February, there was a LOT of snow that was accumulated the only place where they cleared was only in front of the office, no where else on the property like parking spots where the tenants park or even the side walks, oh yeah with that being said there was almost no salt sprayed on the sidewalks and many of the tenants here obviously walk around. You'd be shocked at how many times my mother has fallen or nearly fallen because of the ice just in the short walk from our apartment to her car... she's nearly 60. But not everything is bad here like if there's something wrong with the apartments or any type of situation of any sort, management will go out of their way to make sure any blame doesn't fall upon them and instead will try to put any blame on the actual tenants, still not exaggerating, but going back to the "Not so Bad" stuff they do clean around the property, like I think that over the course of 3-4 months I've seen them clean maybe like 5 times... NOT AT ALL recently that would be crazy to see somebody doing some actual cleaning. If you're in the wrong parking spot you get towed right off the bat no citations, no warning, no anything, so, for example, you could be picking somebody up to go to the store turn the car off and go in their apt. for literally 5 minutes, come back out and your car is gone... how do i know this? It's happened to me and my family twice and each time all management has said was oh that's not our fault its your fault for parking your car in the wrong area. Now i know what you're thinking why didn't we just go get a parking pass from the office to park in these areas the only reason I have is because if any one from my family goes to the office we immediately get bombarded with unneeded questions you're practically getting interrogated, and of course I understand that there are questions that need to be asked but having more than 30 questions thrown at you that don't even make sense seems a little unneeded... WE LIVE HERE and that's how our landlords treat us, oh and I forgot to mention that we've lived here for more than 6 years. If there's ever any problem with something in or with your apartment like the washer or dryer is broken or the air conditioner doesn't work then be ready for to live without it for months on end because we did, for two summers we didn't have any Air Conditioning, for over about 4-5 months we couldn't use our dish washer, we pay for our washer and dryer... $40 a month added to our rent but when they both broke we had to go to the laundromat for months after we repeatedly told the office about them they'll look at you like you're stupid and even though it's their job to look after their tenants I had to call down directly to the corporate office because they just did not want to fix our issues, but thank god the people down at the corporate office actually know how to treat their tenants because once that call was made everything was fixed... even if that lasted for like a few days, BUT if you do find the misfortune of finding yourself living at this complex, Gleneagles, then the people down at the corporate office will be your best friends. The list goes on but if I wrote it all down then this would turn into a novel on why you, the reader, shouldn't live here but IN ALL HONESTY do yourself a favor prevent all the stress, unneeded anger and JUST DON'T LIVE HERE. Side-note: You can obviously tell which reviews are from the actual tenants compared to the managers.
