I've lived in a lot of places over the years. I find this place a real gem. It starts with a excellent staff in the front office. Alysan goes above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. I'll give you a for instance, today(Sunday) the power went off in my garage. I called in a emergency work order, because I couldn't open the garage door to get my truck out and my freezer didn't have power. The maintenance personnel weren't available, so Alysan came over and took care of the problem. Turned out it was a breaker that tripped.
Another example is the time that the area in front of my garage was dirty with bird droppings and I call the staff and they immediately sent maintenance out to power wash the area. Thanks Terry for your help, really made a difference.
I've seen a few bad comments on here, such as the one about not having guest in the pool area. What that person failed to mention was the multitude of people that invaded the pool area and took advantage of amenities that were meant for the residents.
The team here genuinely cares about you as a person. Rare to find that these days.
