If no rental history, you must obtain a Co-signer. He/she must have excellent credit, and good rental history must make 4 times the rent.
ALL adults over the age of 18 years old must fill out a separate application.
Please submit CURRENT check stubs when submitting application. Four check stubs are required when paid weekly, and two check stubs are required when paid bi-weekly. If paid cash, you must submit FULL bank statements for a total of a year.
Offer letter are also accepted.
Notarized letters are not accepted.
