- Credit Screening - Income plus credit history will be scored
- Criminal Screening - For applicants 18 years and older
- Copy of Three Most Recent Months Bank Statements from all applicants, all pages in the form of a PDF
- Copy of Two Most Recent Months Pay-stubs from all applicants, all pages in the form of a PDF
- Copy of Current Vehicle Registration on all vehicles.
- A Photo ID's from all applicants (e.g. drivers license, passport, student ID, work ID, library card)
Any applicant convicted of a violent felony or misdemeanor may be denied based on a review of the circumstances.
Renters must obtain a renters insurance policy.
SECURITY DEPOSIT CHARGE - Equal to One months Rent
MOVE IN CHARGES - Security Deposit (equal to One month rent), and full first months rent.
Pets are welcome. We rent apartments not houses.
