I have nothing but great things to say about the Villa Solana Apartments. Whats not to love? the location and positive atmosphere created by everyone in the office and maintenance team. With tons of great shopping and food spots located around the area, everything you would need is easily accessible from grocery shopping, dining out, dry cleaning, and movie theater. The Villa Solana Apartments are nestled in the perfect spot to accommodate anything a resident would need, and cant forget about the close proximity to the beach as well as fun nature trails around the area! the office staff have been nothing but exceptional through every step of the process. Alissa was super helpful from start to finish. She was also instrumental and understanding when answering all the questions I had about the property and application process.

I have enjoyed living at Villa Solana for the last few years. Jenn and her management team are a terrific and a caring group of people! They are professional, exceptionally friendly and are always there to assist, help and answer questions. They do a great job in keeping the Viila Solana communtiy informed and updated on current events, projects and news. Jason, Allan and the maintenance team are well coordinated, address issues quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner. Allan has assisted various times with taking care of maintenance requests and he is awesome! There is a good amount of space, natural lighting, and each unit has a fresh update appeal. The walking trails are a few feet away and go on for miles-which is a great motivator to experience the fresh outdoors and get the numerous benefits of exercise My neighbors are really nice, kind people, and many have been here for a couple of years or more. Thank you to the Villa Solana Team and all the continued best. C Briggs :)

Weve been living at Villa Solana for a few years now and I have a really hard time even thinking of leaving the place. I love that I can hop right on to beautiful nature trails that go on for miles, so if you love the outdoors, this is a great place to live. In addition, I love that all of our favorite shopping places and restaurants are conveniently near by such as Target, Ulta, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, Costco, Taco Bell, Peppinos...and the list goes on. Im also a big coffee lover and theres a Starbucks just about 10 minutes away in any direction. And in case you arent a Starbucks fan, theres also a Coffee Bean and Peets less than 10 minutes away. As for living at Villa Solana, I love that they have weekly Food Trucks come to the property, so you can try new food and get a chance to meet your neighbors while waiting for your food. Most importantly, the leasing office staff and maintenance staff have always been friendly to us and attentive to any problem that might arise.
