I lived in Kelvin for more than 3 years and moved out last month. Overall it's a great place to live in, the location is great, community is safe, leasing and maintenance team are professional as well. The main reason I decided to move out is people who live downstairs smoke a lot, even though it's a smoke free community, the smell comes into my apartment through window and kitchen, I feel so sick of it, which gave me a lot of hard time especially when you spent most of time at home. I have sent many emails to the leasing office, it seems what they can do is just sending out an email and reminding people you can't smoke within the community, which of course would not solve the problem at all.
Except that it's a good place.
