Friendly and attentive staff as well as kind neighbors. Clean, quiet and safe. Would recommend.
Great studio apartment in secure building with manager and maintenance staff on site daily. Place was clean.
Building is clean and professionally managed. Maintenance is quick to respond. Plenty of parking. Jake's Place restaurant across the street is nice added benefit.

I have never had problems getting my security deposit back until this company. This company made me feel that they just don't want to give you your money back. They charged me ten dollars for not defrosting the freezer and another ten dollars for not giving the laundry card back. I asked my friend to return the card for me after I moved but they claimed that they never got the card. These are all small money that you will not spend time to argue with them. (I actually called them several times but had to give up in the end because they were just unreasonable.) Probably this is exactly the reason why they can get away with your money so easily!

I will be moving out in a few months, but this being my first apartment in Buffalo I have to say nothing but good...
I will be moving out in a few months, but this being my first apartment in Buffalo I have to say nothing but good things. First off, the management is great. Repairs (if needed) will happen within 24 hours. Location is great, right next to restaurants and shops. Apartments were very clean and it's usually very quiet. Only downside may be that you're right on Delaware and that can get noisy. Other than that, if you're looking for an affordable place to stay for a while, that isn't dirty or owned by slumlords, this is it.
