Unfortunately I couldn't take a place here given my constraints about distance from work however, if that was not the case - I would've taken up a place only because of Marc.
A gentleman, to the point and honest guy who really takes the effort to show you around and get you comfortable with the apartment and the surroundings. Not to forget his genuine follow ups with concern and care. I really wish my office was nearby so that I could interact with the management here more often
The rooms are good, great amenities and clean building! Wish you all luck - you all are the apartment which is the next thing to look out for in NJ!

Move-in day went great - the manager, Jasmine, is great and made sure everything went smoothly. Love the location, amenities, and everyone who works here is really nice.

We moved into the Hazel about 1 month ago and its been the best decision for us. We looked at many of the new developments in Jersey City and the Hazel is by far the best option. Youre 1 block away from Liberty State Park and the Light Rail Station, you get more square footage for your $, the building is brand new and the amenities are excellent - a coworker space with access to printers, a library, a rooftop deck with grilling stations, a modern gym, concierge services that allow you to get your packages at any time, parking and the option to rent out a studio apartment for visiting guests or the rooftop deck for private events. Jasmine Howe and her team that cover the front desks are excellent - friendly, responsive, courteous and professional. Youll have a seamless experience from the time you tour the building with the leasing office to the moment you move in with access to dedicated elevators to facilitate your move. We highly recommend the Hazel!

I have been living here for a little over a month, and I absolutely love everything about my apartment and the many amenities that are at the Hazel. I also really enjoy the ease of being able to do a lot of things from the mobile app that is available for use by residents. Im able to put in maintenance requests and have someone come by my apartment within hours. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking and the staff in the leasing office are amazing and so helpful with any thing that my sister and I needed when we were moving in. Everything about the building is beautiful and brand new!
