Place is falling apart. I contacted maintenance through RK Smith Realty (who does everything here), a bunch from things like caulking, to appliances leaking over and over after already being worked on, laundry machines not working for months on end, toilet problems, garbage disposal problems, etc... When speaking to them, they don’t get back to you often or quick. Sometimes it took days to hear from them or for a project to finish. There’s a lack of communication and maintenance can take weeks to finish something that needs to b done, as well as show up randomly at your apartment with no communication. Seems like they don’t like their job or something. A lot of maintenance problems and lack of communication. You get what you pay for though, and it’s only $555 here.
