Recently moved in to Sola, and while I have a lease for a full year still, I can already tell I am going to love it here. Erin has been our point of contact so far from the lease signing to any additional help weve needed, and shes gone above and beyond in every aspect! All of the staff weve encountered have been so kind, and all of the residents are so friendly. It literally feels like its own little community. Not to mention all of the beautiful amenities! I look forward to coming home here every single day after work.

I absolutely love this place. They keep it well maintained they clean the elevators and walkways. I don't have a bug problem in my apartment besides the occasional silver fish. They answer to maintenance requests fairly quickly. Staff are always in the office. The only downside for some people are the walls are thin. Which I don't mind but some people do. Other then that there's nothing wrong with these apartments. They do an exceptional job of cleaning. There's no hidden fees it's all in the lease what you would have to pay if a certain area is not clean when you leave. I would love to stay here but the price is a little over budget. Other then that if you have the funds for this place I highly recommend living here. Amenities work perfectly fine and food trucks come every other week.
Update: I ended up renewing prices were literally the same everywhere I went but this place still had a better look to it.

Everything about living at Sola has exceeded my expectations. From the beautiful amenities to the helpful and wonderful staff, I can truly say this is the best apartment living experience Ive ever had. Andrea helped me move into Sola last year and she made the entire process very smooth. Its great to see her now being the Property manager as it is super deserved. Shes always attentive and communicates with residents like no other manager Ive experienced before. Alexis has also helped me from day 1 and has always been there to square out any of the concerns Ive had throughout my lease term. Shes really been a life saver! Roger helped me renew my lease this year and is honestly so thorough and kind! When I had a question in my mind he was already answering the question for me. Erin has helped me on many occasions despite having a busy office full of residents and tours. Shes always been attentive and great energy. The entire maintenance team is phenomenal! They are quick, reliable, and go the extra mile! I couldnt ask for a better maintenance staff and leasing team honestly. Thank you to all the staff at Sola for keeping us in the loop and being the reason I plan to keep renewing
