Does have some structural problems ( some are purely cosmetic ,others could potentially be problematic ) but I believe they may be working on those issues. Good temporary place.

The area is amazing, the ladies in the office are so sweet, and the rent is cheap considering how much space you get. They pay for water AND you get an in unit washer/dryer combo. They are also REALLY dog friendly. It's a really amazing place and def. worth it. I've lived here for a bit now and not really seen much crime at all.
