Pet friendly furnished studio includes easy to clean vinyl plank flooring, full kitchen, a Murphy-bed that can be quickly put away for additional living space, and sofa-bed for guests.
The ocean front gold coast condo complex has a community laundry, green space overlooking the ocean, and bike rack available for $10 per month. The entrance overlooks a fountain and is across the street from Kapiolani Park. The complex is 0.5 miles from Waikiki's beaches, less than a mile to many of Waikiki's shops and restaurants, 3 miles from Ala Moana Center, 6 miles from Downtown Honolulu, 13.5 miles from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, and 18.5 miles from Kaneohe Marine Corps Station.
No smoking. Small pet allowed (dog under 30 lbs. or cat) with pet deposit (security deposit + $1,000). Basic cable, internet, electricity, water & sewer are included in the rent. Street parking only.
